Enrollment in any paid course or program requires successful payment of the applicable fee through our designated payment gateway/Shopify checkout.
All fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified.
Prices for our courses and programs are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice. Changes will not affect enrollments already completed.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at the time of enrollment.
4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

Not engage in any form of malpractice, cheating, dishonest conduct, or violation of examination/assessment rules.

Not use our Site or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our courses, programs, or services for any candidate found violating this Code of Conduct, without any obligation to issue a refund.

Our courses and services may be delivered using third-party platforms such as Zoom, YouTube, and payment gateways integrated with Shopify. We are not responsible for any interruptions, errors, or issues arising from these third-party services, though we will make reasonable efforts to ensure smooth delivery.
8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our courses and programs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate, high-quality content and services, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, scholarship award, rank, or grade from participation in our courses or programs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Done Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or participation in our courses or programs, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or technical disruptions.
9. SCHOLARSHIP AND REWARD PROGRAMS
Where a course or program includes a scholarship, reward, or prize component:
Eligibility for any reward is subject to the specific terms, rules, and criteria published for that program.
Rewards are awarded solely based on merit, rank, or performance, as determined by our evaluation process, and our decision in this regard shall be final.
We reserve the right to disqualify any candidate found engaging in malpractice or violation of program rules from receiving any reward.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site, courses, or programs at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without any obligation to issue a refund, where such violation involves misconduct, malpractice, or fraudulent behavior.
